The Cleaning Process...
Your floor will be protected by a clean dust sheet. Then, all removable parts from the cooker will be removed including Doors, Glass, Door Seals, Side Plates, Top Plates, Back Plates, Fan, Bulb glass cover, Racks, Grill Pan and all parts off the Hob. These are then placed into the specially designed heated dip tank which is situated in the back of the van. Whilst the removed items are soaking, the main carcase of the oven is cleaned by hand. Grease and burnt on carbon is removed from inside the oven with non-toxic products.
Once the carcase has been cleaned, the removed parts are taken from the dip tank and thoroughly rinsed off using clean water which is also situated in the back of the van. The parts are dried off and replaced back into the oven. The exterior is degreased, cleaned and then polished leaving your Cooker/Oven `Clean As A Whistle`.
Your home will be kept tidy during and after the clean. No Fuss, No Mess. Your oven will be ready for immediate use once the cleaning has been completed.
